1. Services
We provide professional real estate photography services in Oslo, Norway, and nearby areas. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined here.
2. Booking and Payment
a. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
b. Payment
Payment details, including rates, are provided during the booking process.
Invoices are issued upon delivery of the images and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Norwegian Interest on Overdue Payments Act.
c. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be refunded or rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are not provided after completed delivery unless the service is proven to be defective or not in accordance with the agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
a. Access to Property
You must ensure that we have access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
The property must be clean, tidy, and prepared for photography.
b. Permits and Permissions
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary permissions to allow photography at the property.
4. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership of Images
All images produced by Antonio Cano Garcia Real Estate Photography remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for marketing the property for sale or rental. All other rights remain with the photographer.
b. Prohibited Uses
Images may not be altered, resold, or used for purposes other than property marketing without prior written consent.
5. Liability
a. Service Limitations
While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, unforeseen property issues, or delays caused by third parties.
b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for consequences resulting from how the images are used once delivered, including client misrepresentation or platform rejections.
6. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Website Usage
a. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its functionality or security.
b. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
